Weigh In: The Road Trip Is OVER

I�m back in Tennessee now. This week we drove from Memphis to North Carolina and back just to make our road trip a complete coast to coast road trip.

What started in Venice Beach, CA�

ended in Emerald Isle, NC.

It was a super fun two weeks traveling around the US with Kepa, but I�m more than excited to be done with it. I�ve been traveling for 3 full weeks now. I�m ready to stop. I�m glad to be doing nothing for the next three weeks until I move to NZ.

Weight In:

Current Weight: 210.6 lbs
Previous Weight: 210.4 lbs
Weight loss: + 0.2 lbs
Weight loss Total: � 40.4 lbs
Starting Weight: 251

Last week�s goals:

1. Eat less sodium. Completed as best as I could considering I was still on the road and eating out often.
2. Drink more water. Did well on the majority of days. It�s actually only since I�ve been home the last day that I�ve not drank enough!

This week�s goals:

1. Workout three times.
2. Drink enough water each day.
3. Avoid the massive amount of bread we have in this house.
4. Eat more veggies and fruits. (easy since non were consumed lately)

Thoughts:

I�m glad that instead of going crazy this week I got to enjoy some things but still be healthy enough that I didn�t gain any weight. Now that I�m staying put and am at home I want to get back to losing weight. This week I will work out and drink my water and hopefully knock off the gains from the past three weeks. I have a bigger goal in mind but I�m not sure I want to reveal it at this moment. So I�m also going to be working toward that. It�s going to be an awesome week! ;)
