Fitness Goals Reminder

Lately I’ve been working on my relationship with food and despite a few slip ups it’s been going really well. Like, really, really well.

And then yesterday I remembered that this isn’t just about food, but fitness too. And since I haven’t had a gym membership I’ve been letting that part go.

But I have a lot of goals that I want to accomplish. I need to stop letting them sit in the background and need to start going after them.  I haven’t really done anything lately to get closer to achieving any of these goals. So this is my reminder to myself.

My Fitness Goals:

Run a mile nonstop.Run a 5k.Run Round the Bays.Walk up Rangitoto Island. (I stole some of Kepa’s goals!)Complete a triathlon.Go on a multi-day biking trip.Go rock climbing indoors
